Meet Nicole.

Hi, I’m Nicole!

At Spencer Clarke Group I’m responsible for recruiting within schools and alternative provisions for students with SEND and SEMH needs. I cover the Manchester area, with a specific focus on Salford, Rochdale and Blackley. 

Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked within the healthcare sector at a community pharmacy.

After deciding it wasn’t the career for me, I saw the opportunity to join the compliance team at Spencer Clarke Group and I knew that the skills I had developed within my previous role, would really help me within the recruitment industry. 

I love working at Spencer Clarke Group because it’s a brilliant company for developing and diversifying my skill set. After a couple of years working on compliance, I became an Associate Consultant and now work directly with many wonderful schools across Manchester. 

Day to day I'm focused on growing my skills within the industry to provide an exceptional service in an ever changing climate. I think it’s our commitment to this that helped us win Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Recruiter Awards. 

In my spare time, I love being with my family and friends. I am also a member at my local gym and I attend six times a week. This has become a big hobby of mine in the last few years!
